Part 1. The Stones Saga Continues
Whether we want to hear it or not, and let’s be clear I don’t, the John Stones to Chelsea rumours seem to be on again after the on again off again we had over the last couple of weeks.
The Daily Mirror’s Darren Lewis is adament that Chelsea will be tabling a third offer in excess of the £20 and £25 that they have already bid. He believes that they are ‘desparate’ to get Stones and they see him as the long term replacement for John Terry.

Stones is one of the base rocks on which our team needs to be built. Not only is he for the future, he is one for the present.
Part 2 – This One’s Off….for now
This week has seen a number of reports linking Kalidou Koulibaly of Napoli being linked with a move to Goodison. Today the agent for the player has chimed in and said that this is not happening. The agent did leave the door open for a move in another transfer window.
Do I want it to happen: 75%
The big defender would add some steel to the backline and is versatile enough to play in several positions in both the backline and the midfield.
