After the last minute win over Bolton in the FA Cup at the weekend, Everton return to Premier League action with a home tie against West Brom, desperate for three points to get the Champions League push back on track after a couple of disappointing nil-nil draws.
Earlier in the season, the Baggies got the better of Everton with a 2-0 victory. That after Everton had controlled the early stages of the match, but suffered when Darren Gibson was withdrawn midway through the first half with a thigh injury. Gibson has since been in and out the side through injury, but Everton always look a better team when he plays. The Irishman watched the Bolton match from the away end on Saturday and those who stood alongside him at the weekend will hope he has fully recovered from injury for this one.
